The company CD – profil LTD. was established in 1994. Since that time it has noticed a rapid development. The main intention was to create a modern and highly effective rolling mill with the ability to quickly respond to the needs of general engineering, electrical engineering, building, automobile and furniture industry.
Dominant manufacturing program of our company is the production of cold rolled thin – walled steel sections used as reinforcement for plastic windows. Machine equipment allows rolling of sections up to thickness 3 millimetres. Nowadays the company offers more than 500 kinds of sections from different profile systems. As CD – profil disposes of its own division for production development and projection, it can flexible respond to the requirements of the market, even in case of very complicated profiles and prepare a manufacture suggestion for new products.
Company deals also with production of profiles into the doorframes, even with special perforated profiles or steel supporting components for fixation of infrastructure.
Another part of our production represents furniture fittings, for instance bed braces, hinges, braces for sliding door and various metal furniture accessories, which are exported all over the world. The main countries for export are Poland, Lithuania, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, even Canada and China.
CD – profil has found the application also in general engineering industry and partially in automobile industry by producing different press works and segments.
One of our services is material cutting on stripes on our own indexing machines that can slit material from thickness 0,9 milimeters up to 2 millimeters. One of our projects for the near future is a new cutting machine with the ability to cut material even with the thickness of 4 milimeters.
CD – profil also offers transport of produced goods to the clients in Slovakia and even abroad.
The company disposes of various machine equipment. Nowadays it possesses indexing lines, rolling lines, one of which enables perforating and extruding, flow dies, eccentric press, crank press, hydraulic press, hydraulic bending machine, sheet shears, feeding machine, decoilers and various accessories.
Exact evidence of stored material is controlled by a new information system with the use of bar code.
The company CD – profil is a holder of the Quality certificate according to ISO 9001:2000, IWAY Certificate (The IKEA way on purchasing home furnishing products) and QWAY Certificate (Quality Standard).
